All the way from Death Valley, by wagon train – old school joke – Rudz has picked five outstanding selections from the Indian Wells Brewing Co. of Inyokem, California. Chef Joe Apa is working up a summer menu focused on highlighting the beat aspects of these beers. This month’s selections are as follows:
Silver Sun - Pale Lager that’s refreshing with a light, bitter finish.
Amnesia IPA - Classic IPA using 4 different finishing h…ops. ABV=7.2%
Lobotomy Bock - German Doppel Bock using Sterling & Perle finishing hops.
Orange Blossom Amber – Belgium Amber styled as an Orange Lambic. Very refreshing!
Death Valley Pale Ale – Classic California Pale Ale with the Cascade hops signature.
Get ready for the dog days with this evening at Rudz. Regular Beer-Babies know what to do. Newcomers, listen up! 1.) Call the Rudz bartender before next Monday with your credit card & reserve your place at the table for $35 per person ($40 starting next Monday). 2.) Show up.
