“I moved to Houston because my best friend Nathan Taylor was starting his band, Speedqueen, and he wanted me to play guitar for him in that band. I said I’d do it on one condition – he had to play bass in my power-trio. He said, “Of course.”
We got a drummer, played some shows, drummer quit, we got a new one (thanks Peter Bas), and we’re still playing shows. And we plan to hit the studio soon with our good friend and all-around guru, Truman Cox, at the helm.”
