Jenny Hoyston is the vocalist and guitarist of Psych/No Wave bands ERASE ERRATA and SILVER INTERIOR, collaborates with William Elliot Whitmore on the unique project HALLWAYS OF ALWAYS, and has a catalog of solo recordings, both as PARADISE ISLAND and as JENNY HOYSTON. Hoyston also performs as WEEDWOLF (with Rob Spector of Bronze) and plays bass in the touring version of Spector’s solo project, MUSCLE DRUM.
As a member of Erase Errata, Hoyston accumulated press accolades and shortlist recommendations. She also received high praise in Rolling Stone, Spin, and NME for her solo album, Isle Of, in 2007. She was named among the “50 Most Important Queer Women in Music History” (AfterEllen.com).
In addition to her work on stage and in the studio, Hoyston produces FABULOSA, a festival of music, film, craft, and healing arts at Walker Creek Ranch near Petaluma, CA (40 miles North of San Francisco).
